Njeri Waitimu is the Managing Partner at HMS Africa and is a qualified Advocate, certified Governance Auditor and accredited Sustainable Finance Advisor. With over 20 years of experience she provides legal counsel across a broad spectrum comprising both conventional and sharia-compliant banking & financing including digital credit lending & fintechs, corporate & commercial matters, structuring of complex public private partnerships (PPPs) transactions, regulatory compliance and Public Policy. Njeri is well regarded for her corporate governance expertise in related advisory & audit services; and sustainable finance advisory services to a diverse range of corporate and individual clients advisor.
