George Ngatiah is a Junior Partner and the Head of Conveyancing and Commercial Practice, with experience advising clients on a broad range of transactional, commercial and regulatory matters.

His practice focuses on Conveyancing and Real Estate transactions, including the sale, purchase, leasing, financing, transfer, and perfection of title for residential, commercial and mixed use developments. He regularly advises individuals, developers, financial institutions, and corporate clients on due diligence, property acquisitions and disposals, securities, and regulatory compliance.

George also advised various corporate commercial transactions, including share purchase agreements, business acquisitions and disposal, contract negotiation, corporate governance, and general commercial advisory. He has extensive experience drafting and reviewing commercial agreements and providing strategic legal guidance on contractual risk management.

In addition he advise on Employment and Labour law, as well as Aviation law, including Aircraft Acquisitions, regulatory compliance

He is known for providing practical and commercially aligned solutions tailored to meet clients’ business and transaction objectives.

George holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law, and is currently finalizing the Certified Secretaries (CS) qualification with KASNEB. He has undertaken various professional trainings across diverse areas of legal practice, enhancing his expertise in transactional, corporate, and regulatory matters. He is also an Advocate of the High Court and Commissioner for Oaths.
