Pascal Nyange Mailu is an Associate of the High Court of Kenya and an Accredited Mediator with experience in commercial litigation, conveyancing, regulatory compliance, contract advisory, and alternative dispute resolution. He currently serves at HMS Africa Advocates LLP, where he has been involved in commercial litigation, legal research, client advisory, and transactional legal practice.
Pascal has also gained experience through engagements with the Kitui High Court, providing him with broad exposure to regulatory practice, judicial procedure, and commercial law.
